Kids love to code. To quote one of my 6th graders when coding a Sphero, “This is the best day ever!” When you provide students the opportunity to code and program, you allow them to problem solve, learn patience, learn to fail, learn to work together, and participate in design thinking. Coding and programming is an essential 21st Century skill that all students should be able to learn. In this session we will cover many essential resources for teaching your kids (and yourself) to code, as well as all the tools and toys to make it a fun and durable learning experience.
